Model: GS-100 Wet Bandsaw

GS-100 Glass Bandsaw Designed for the high production studio, the GS-100 is the only industrial diamond bandsaw available to the art glass market today. The cast iron frame is mounted on a 2" x 2" square tubular steel base that contains its own recirculating coolant system. The 14" aluminum wheels are machined true and are precision balanced for smooth operation. They ride on sealed ball bearings, ensuring long life and low maintenance. The blade guides are sealed roller ball bearings and guide blocks with upper and lower adjustments. Features include a 14" blade to throat dimension. Able to cut material up to 5" thick (10" with optional extension). Has a 45 degree tilt table that measures 16" x 16" and is constructed of polyethylene. Equipped with a 3/4hp 115 volt industrial motor. Comes with one diamond blade. Accepts 1/8", 1/4" and 1/2" blade widths.

Diamond Bandsaw Blades

Electroplated diamond on a seamless stainless steel band. Available in 1/8" (.32cm), 1/4" (.64cm) and 1/2" (1.3cm) widths (please specify when ordering). Priced by the length. Standard lengths on DGM saws are 59.5" (151cm) on the GS-50 and 93.5" (238cm) on the GS-100. A 105" (267cm) length blade is required on the GS-100 with the optional extention kit.
